近年来的一些研究表明,前驱溶液的状态如元素价态、配体分子种类等对于制备高效率铜锌锡硫硒(CZTSSe)电池而言是至关重要的。本工作中,我们从巯基乙酸(TGA)-氨水溶液体系出发,通过红外、核磁和拉曼技术研究了前驱体溶液中,TGA分子与金属离子之间配位形式和配位结构的衍变过程。

CZTSSe 太阳电池因Cu+、Zn2+、Sn4+阳离子紊乱和体相缺陷的存在，抑制其效率的提升。通过微量Ag+取代Cu+，可减少CuZn 反位缺陷，降低开压损耗；微量In+取代Sn+，可形成InSn 浅能级缺陷，降低与Sn 相关的深能级缺陷，改善载流子传输，提升电池的短路电流密度。因此本实验研究Ag&In 共掺杂的CZTSSe 太阳电池，发挥双阳离子掺杂的协同作用。
