压缩比和提前角对柴油机低温启动性影响的试验研究

：

经过理论分析在相同柴油机的结构参数下柴油机的起动可靠性随压缩比的增大而可靠性提高,通过试验证在相同柴油机的结构参数和合理的压缩比范围内柴油机的起动可靠性随压缩比的增大而可靠性提高;拖动转速随压缩比的升高而降低;低温启动需要合理的供油提前角,不可过大也不可过小.从以往的理论和经验可知柴油机的起动可靠性会随拖动转速的升高而升高,所以压缩比的增大在合理范围内才会提高启动可靠性,否者会造成降低转速而降低启
