Very small embryonic-like stem cells (VSEL) are Sca-1+Lin-CD34-cell populations identified in the bone marrow in mice.The different mRNA profile in VSEL and embryonic stem (ES) cells has not been defined.Here we reported the whole genomic gene expression profile of VSEL cells and ES cells.We analyzed the expression of VSEL cells and compared them to that of ES cells by microarray assay.
