  Low density aerogel composites for thermal insulation can be widely applied in advanced missiles, aerospace vehicles and military fields because of their lightweight and thermal insulation performances which are equal to the traditional insulation materials.Pneumatic pressure is the main load of the thermal protection system (TPS)[1] in aerospace fields, so obtaining the compression property of the load-bearing material is essential to the system.Fiber reinforced aerogel composites perform excellent thermal and mechanical properties, which can be a candidate of thermal protection materials.However, there are few researches on mechanical properties of aerogel composites under alternate loading.Experiments were undertaken to investigate the evolution of structure and properties of aerogel composites under alternate loading, the evolution of fiber bulk density, mechanical properties of fiber reinforced silica, alumina and carbon aerogel composites under alternate loading at room temperature and high temperature were observed, respectively.As to the carbon aerogel composites, more compression times make compression strain of aerogel composites promote from 3.63% to 7.15% (figure 1) under repeated loads at ambient temperature.Subsequently the compressive deformation recovered to 98.27% after removing load.This result indicates that aerogel composites perform excellent compression resistance, which might be a great application in the aerospace fields of TPS.

针对回转窑表面的红外图像模糊,图像细节不易分辨的问题,提出一种基于视觉特性的回转窑表面红外热图像增强方法。该方法利用人眼在不同灰度级的分辨能力差异,将回转窑表面的红外图像灰度映射到人眼易分辨区域,从而提高人眼对图像细节的分辨能力。实验结果表明:提出的方法能够凸显红外图像边缘,及时反映窑内的高低温区域,对避免异常高温引起的红窑事故、保障窑炉经济高效地运行具有重要意义。
