In this work,cobalt-manganese composite catalysts(Co-MnOx)were synthesized and supported on cordierite honeycomb ceramics by in-situ impregnation method.With UV lights as ozone source,the catalysts were applied to simultaneously remove low-concentration ozone and formaldehyde in an indoor environment.The effect of catalysts preparation conditions such as calcination temperature and cobalt manganese molar ratio on the catalytic activity were investigated.The results showed that,all the Co-MnOx could completely remove formaldehyde and reduce ozone to less than 75 ppb(national standards in China)within 5 hours.
