目的 观察低流量持续冲洗治疗难治性窦道的疗效。方法 对我科自2008年11月至2013年6月收治的21例难治性窦道患者施行低流量持续冲洗疗法,治疗前窦道用碘造影确定范围,并做对口切开,窦道上端持续低流量冲洗,下端持续封闭负压引流,观察治疗效果。结果 21例难治性窦道中,19例愈合,余2例早期给予低流量持续冲洗,后期给予带蒂肌皮瓣转移术治疗,愈合良好。术后随访2～4个月,窦道完全封闭,质地良好,外观
