　　With the enlargement of the enrollment scale, the need of teachers increases sharply.Young teachers become the majority in the newly employed teachers.then, the training of those young teachers becomes a significant issue.This passage is aimed at analysing how to strengthen the training of those young teachers,beginning with those young teachers characteristics in independent colleges.
