目的：探讨和总结上消化道出血的观察和护理。方法：回顾性分析了50例急性上消化道出血的抢救，观察和护理体会。结果：患者恐惧感减轻，止血效果理想，能积极配合治疗，明显提高了抢救的成功率降，低死亡率，避免再次出血及减少并发症。结论：通过抢救、病情观察及相应的护理能及时发现病情变化，并做出相应的处理，可提高治疗有效率，好转率，降低并发症和病死率。

综合护理干预对鼻咽癌患者减轻放射性皮炎的影响

目的：探讨综合护理干预对鼻咽癌患者减轻放射性皮炎的影响.方法：将50例鼻咽癌患者随机分成观察组和对照组各25例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在放疗的同时给予综合护理干预措施，放射性皮炎的发生率为为100％，评价两组患者发生放射性皮炎轻重程度的差异.结果：观察组患者出现放射性皮炎的时间迟于对照组，损伤程度轻于对照组(p＜0.05).结论：鼻咽癌放疗患者皮肤放射性反应的严重程度不仅与剂量有关，还与放疗期
