奥沙利铂联合用药对胃肠道肿瘤的不良反应及预防措施

目的：探究奥沙利铂治疗胃肠道肿瘤的不良反应及预防措施。方法：针对我院内科综合病区50例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者，使用奥沙利铂联合亚叶酸钙、5氟尿嘧啶的治疗方案，比较不同性别、年龄、原发肿瘤类型及治疗方案患者不良反应发生的情况及处理措施。结果：50例患者分别出现不同的不良反应，主要有神经系统毒性，过敏反应和骨髓抑制等。通过对症治疗后，所有发生不良反应的患者均治愈或好转，无死亡病例。结论：通过降低奥沙利铂的

上消化道出血的观察与护理

目的：探讨和总结上消化道出血的观察和护理。方法：回顾性分析了50例急性上消化道出血的抢救，观察和护理体会。结果：患者恐惧感减轻，止血效果理想，能积极配合治疗，明显提高了抢救的成功率降，低死亡率，避免再次出血及减少并发症。结论：通过抢救、病情观察及相应的护理能及时发现病情变化，并做出相应的处理，可提高治疗有效率，好转率，降低并发症和病死率。

综合护理干预对鼻咽癌患者减轻放射性皮炎的影响
