MUC1 is a member of the mucin family proteins which is extensively O-linked glycosylated.It has been identified as a promising epitope for tumor vaccines.To induce an efficient immune response of the endogenous antigens with low immunogenicity is one of the major challenge for the development of an antitumor vaccine.Recently,the Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2)ligand such as a bacterial lipopeptide Pam3CSK4 has attracted wide interest owing to its stimulation of the innate immune system.
