该文系统的研究了电场中的液滴行为及其对传质过程的影响.根据电促过程的特性,选择了甲苯(E)-水(R)-乙酸(S)、四氯化碳(E)-水(R)-乙酸(S)、正己烷(E)-水(R)-丙酸(S)和乙醚(E)-水(R)-丙酸(S)四个体系作为研究对象.着重考察了体系界面张力、场强、频率对分散相液滴粒径和传质过程的影响.
