　　Cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) facilitates the transfer of cholesteryl ester (CE) from HDL to VLDL and LDL1.The net effect of CETP is rasing LDL-C lever and reducing HDL-C lever,so inhibition of CETP is expected a new therapy for atherosclerosis.
