青年性教育是全民健康教育的一个主要组成部分。从人们一生对健康的需要来说,各个年龄段有着不同的重点要求。青年正处于豆蔻年华,性的健康对这组人群来说,就具有非常重要的意义。 青年人一方面存在着青春的躁动,另一方面又因为缺乏明确的科学的性知识,而对许多与性有关的问题感到茫然失措,产生许多困惑和烦恼。就是说,青年人性的生理发育已臻成熟,但在心理、社会等方面的发育仍处于滞后的状态,因而容易引发性方面的伦理道德甚至法律方面的问题。这些都是非常令人担忧的状况,足应引起我们的重视。
Sex education for youth is a major component of universal health education. In terms of the health needs of people throughout their lives, there are different key requirements for all ages. Youth is in the midst of a great deal of age. Sexual health is of great importance to this group of people. On the one hand, young people have the agitation of youth. On the other hand, they have lost their minds and confused many of the problems related to sex because of the lack of clear and scientific knowledge. That is to say, young people’s sexual development has matured, but their psychological and social development are still lagging behind. Therefore, it is easy to cause ethical and even legal problems in the aspects of sexuality. These are very worrying situations that should arouse our attention.
