高一新教材每个单元以话题为核心,以结构和功能项目为主线,组织和安排了“听、说、读、写”的活动,同时要求教师尽可能提供真实的情景,让学生综合应用所学语言,完成一些任务,促使他们获取、处理和使用英语知识,用英语与人交流,解决实际问题,完成某个项目。本人结合自身的教学经验和体会,谈谈小组合作中有关操作的具体情况。一、合作小组要合理搭配把学生编成2~4人小组,通常由性别、学习成绩、能力倾向等方面不同的成员构成。成员之间具有互补性,以促进各个小组间公平竞争。在小组活动中,有些学生积极主动,语言表达能力提高很快,他们自然在各个小组中起着组织
