人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)是一种潜伏性病毒,其可导致免疫功能受抑制和免疫低下患者出现严重的疾病.目前,HCMV感染主要依靠药物进行治疗,但HCMV药物治疗过程中出现的耐药现象极大的影响了临床HCMV的治疗效果.因此,实验室检测人巨细胞病毒对各种药物的耐药情况,对于指导临床用药、提高治疗效果将具有极其重要的应用价值.本文拟就近年来用于实验室检测人巨细胞病毒耐药方法的最新进展作一综述.
