In this study,a new type of ultrathin solid polymer electrolyte PEI/Pebax2533/AgBF4 composite membrane (PEI:polyetherimide; Pebax2533:Polynylonl2/tetramethylene oxide block copolymer,PA12-PTMO) is prepared with complexing method.For PEI/Pebax2533/AgBF4 composite membranes prepared with AgBF4 concentration high enough,the AgBF4 content in the solid polymer electrolyte layer will breakthrough the threshold silver content C*(4.5mol/L),and the percolation channels for olefin moleculars are formed for olefm facilitated transport.PEI/Pebax2533/AgBF4 composite membrane prepared with 8.0mol/L AgBF4 solution shows a propylene/propane selectivity of up to 1000 and propylene permeance of 36GPU with dry feed pure gas.Because of the carrier-facilitated transport process,the olefin-induced plasticization effect is completely suppressed.According to TEM observation,an ultrathin solid polymer electrolyte layer of 100-200nm thickness exists in the external surface of the pebax2533 layer of PEI/Pebax2533/AgBF4 composite membrane.
