Objective:To use a Bordetella bronchiseptica (Bb) aroA mutant to expressing Cap protein of Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2),develeping a new vaccine strain,which can deliver the immunogenic protein of PCV2 to respiratory mucosa,for prevention of swine multi-system dysfunction caused by PCV2.To evaluate the effective and time-limitation of colonization of this vaccine strain in the porcine respiratory mucosa,and the ability of stimulation the mucosal immune,providing a scientific basis for it as a candidate vaccine.
