风电场集电线路零序保护定值的确定

此风电场高压侧(110kV)接线为线路-变压器组接线,35kV 母线侧共接入4回集电线路,其中一期工程为2回为架空线路,二期工程为2回以电缆为主的线路.一期风电场为限制电容电流,配置了消弧消谐装置,二期投运后,线路电容电流过大,因此取消了消弧消谐装置(国内厂家生产的消弧消谐装置,没有质量保证,该类产品已被国家电力部门取缔使用),配置了低电阻接地方式.由于一期工程为全架空线路,二期工程以电缆为主线路,因此集电线路零序保护定值的确定一度成为技术难点.本文通过图表对研究对象的整定电流进行数据分析,详细说明每回集电线路零序整定值的选择原理,并计算出最终整定值,为风电场可靠运行提供了保障.本文对采用低电阻方式的风电场设计具有一定的参考意义.
