This paper discussed the strain of the blade of the wind turbine caused by the aerodynamic force,the centrifugal force and the coupling of the aerodynamic force and the centrifugal force using the finite element theory.The results showed that: The maximum strain was located in the root and radial 0.65 R of the blade under the aerodynamic force,and the strain in root was bigger than that in 0.65 R.The maximum strain was located in the root under the centrifugal force,the strain was decreased from root to tip.The strain was shown a similarity trend to the effect of the centrifugal force under the coupling of the aerodynamic force and the centrifugal force.And with the increasing of rotor speed,the strain was value was increase.The study also found that: the strain caused by the aerodynamic force may greater than that caused by the centrifugal force in low rotating speed.But with the increasing of rotating speed,the increasing value under the centrifugal force was far greater than that under the aerodynamic force.The strain value caused by the coupling of the aerodynamic force and the centrifugal force was not equal to the sum of the centrifugal force and aerodynamic force.

过渡金属硫化合物二维半导体纳米材料因其独特的电子学、光子学等性质在光学器件和光电器件领域表现出潜在的应用前景.然而,目前基于MoS2等二维半导体材料非线性光学性能的研究大都集中在液相剥离得到的纳米片分散液上,不利于器件化.因此,从实用角度出发,开发低成本、大尺寸二维半导体薄膜是一个亟需解决的问题.此外,纯二维半导体薄膜的制备还可以排除溶剂或聚合物等的影响,为研究材料本征非线性光学性能提供机会.
采用电子束蒸发技术在K9、石英非晶以及晶体单晶和激光陶瓷多晶基底上沉积了HfO2薄膜,使用X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜测试手段对薄膜的微观结构进行了研究。实验结果表明:HfO2薄膜在四种基底上均呈现多晶态,均沿m(020)择优生长,晶体基底上薄膜的衍射峰最多,陶瓷基底上择优衍射峰强度最强;四种基底上薄膜的晶粒大小相差不大,但陶瓷基底上薄膜结构排列比较疏松。
