Purpose: To evaluate the feasibility and reconstructive efficacy of intraoral approach for mandibular benign tumor resection and mandible reconstruction with non-vascularized iliac graft.Methods: A retrospective review was performed of 54 patients who underwent mandibular benign tumor resection and mandible reconstruction with non-vascularized iliac graft from January 2009 through December 2012 in the Second Xiangya Hospital.All the surgery were performed through the intraoral approach,and pretragal minimal incision was also made when the condylar process could be preserved.
