Nanoconfinement effect plays a decisive role in the ultimate properties of polymer nanocomposites, therefore, the crystallization of polymers in confined geometry is an attractive topic for both scientific and industrial communities. In this study, the interracial confinement effect of silica (SiO2) nanoparticles on the crystallization behavior of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) composites has been systematically investigated considering the size and concentration of SiO2 as well as the molecular weight (Mw) of PEO in the composites.
