Cyst-forming nematodes are a group of economically important plant pathogens worldwide.To date,eighteen cyst nematode species have been documented to occur in China.One of our works is to detect and accurately indentify various cyst nematodes from different regions of China.From 2010 to 2011, we detected and identified two genera and eight species of cyst nematodes from 10 provinces by comparative morphological and molecular approaches.Molecular approaches based on D2D3 of the 28S rDNA and rDNA-ITS were applied to study molecular characterization and phylogenetic relationships.
