肿瘤性部分髋臼骨缺损的重建方法及随访
目的：探讨累及部分髋臼骨恶性肿瘤的手术切除重建方法和临床随访。方法：回顾性分析2009年1月至2015年1月共39例累及部分髋臼的骨恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料，肿瘤切除原则，髋臼需完整切除的病例不包含在本研究。其中男性17例，女性22例；年龄23-69岁，平均48岁。病理类型：软骨肉瘤17例，转移性肿瘤19例，恶性骨巨3例。根据肿瘤切除后髋臼骨缺损情况采用不同的重建方法：自体股骨头移植+生物型全髋关节

目的 报告1981～2016年2月我们36年来带旋髂深血管的髂骨瓣植骨治疗外伤性、无菌性股骨头坏死的体会.方法 共对583例病人实施带旋髂深血管的髂骨瓣植骨手术，其中：男341例，女242例，年龄5～60岁，平均41.7岁.股骨颈骨折345例，股骨头无菌性坏死232例258髋.带旋髂深血管髂骨瓣移植治疗股骨头坏死：566例，部分带阔筋膜张肌骨膜瓣：17例.
