Case Report : Very late in-stent thrombosis after stent-assisted coil embolization History and procedure A 57-year-old female patient,who had coronary artery disease with a recent headache visited our medical center.On examination by MRI,an aneurysm was incidentally founded in the supraclinoid area and the patient was referred to our department for therapy.On conventional angiography,the aneurysm was confirmed as a left internal carotid artery communicating segment aneurysm.1 week later,the patient was admitted for endovascular coiling for an unruptured aneurysm(4.0*2.2mm,neck 4.5mm).
