小麦渐渗系SR3耐盐作用机制研究

创建了小麦渐渗系耐盐新品种山融3号(SR3),QTL与转录组结合筛选了SR3的耐盐主效候选基因Tasrol.该基因在小麦盐敏感品种YM11的过表达使ROS含量上升,促进小麦生长、提高小麦的耐盐性,与SR3幼苗主表型一致;而用RNAi抑制SR3的Tasrol表达则ROS含量下降,耐盐性降低,表明Tasr01在小麦中通过提高ROS含量促进小麦生长和耐盐性.
