The cereal cyst nematode (CCN), Heterodera avenae is one of the most important plant parasitic nematode and distributes throughout nearly all cereal growing areas in China.Since 2009, The occurrence and distribution of the cereal cyst nematodes (H.avenae) has been confirmed to occurrence in four new provinces including Ningxia, Tianjing, Xizang (Tibet) and Xijiang based on the morphological identification and molecular characterisation, so CCN has been confirmed to distribute 16 provinces in China.
