Machining with plate material has a wide use in manufacturing industry.Its of grate importance to save resource and reduce cost of enterprise through improving the utility of plate material by using cutting stock software.In recent years,the application of numerical control technology in plate material cutting becomes more and more common.Combining cutting stock technology and numerical technology,the architecture and system function are presented.To be of wide application,the integration technology between curing stock system and NC machine tools is discussed,and the integration method based on intermediate code and plug-in is presented.The paper also discusses the cutting stock system for plate material considering the processing cost with its mathematical models and solving process,and the integrated cutting stock system for plate material cutting with NC machine is developed.
