In parts manufacturing enterprises,purchase plan should be adjusted dynamically in the process of constituting and implementing,upon that the orders must be made again.As a solution,a Networked Purchase Management System (NPMS) based on Dynamic Bill of Suppliers (DBOS) is presented in this paper.First,the definition and meaning of DBOS is set forth and a running mode of networked purchase management system based on DBOS is put forward.In the running mode,as far as the dynamic correction of purchase plan brought by changing MPS is concerned,the system provides Bill of Material (BOM) management module and Bill of Suppliers(BOS) management module to constitute a new purchase plan according to the changed MPS.Through Application Service Provider (ASP) platform,the orders generated from purchase plan are distributed to suppliers and order tracking can be carried out by the feedback from suppliers.Once the supply process interrupts,the DBOS can be real-timely adjusted.So the timely arrival of the materials is guaranteed.The grade of supplier which reflects the quality of suppliers is represented with scale measurement.The grades of the suppliers in the BOS are dynamically adjusted by the assessment of the suppliers periodically.Upon that the supply quality can be further guaranteed.Based on the running mode,three key technologies including the information integration framework of orders making based on DBOS,the model of orders allocation for JIT purchase and the implementation mode of NPMS are mainly analyzed.In the end,an application ease of the system for a motor-part manufacturer in Chongqing is introduced briefly.In the case the system business process is figured and the practical affect is described.
