The CdS/CdSe system is a well-known one to researcher,and famous for its high efficiency in varieties of quantum dots sensitized solar cells.The TiO2/CdS/CdSe electrode structure between CdS and CdSe energy level is stepped pyramids because of the adjustment of the energy level effect,takes advantages to the injection of electrons and recovery of holes.Here,we investigate the effect of different quantum dot sensitized dopant on characteristics of CdS/CdSe quantum dot sensitized solar cell,including doping CdS with Mn,CdSe with Co once a time and doping without these elements.
