Dye-sensitized solar cells(DSCs)have attracted tremendous attention since ORegan and Gr?tzels seminal report in 1991,owing to their low-cost production, simple fabrication, and high energy conversion efficiency. The counter electrode plays a key role in regulating the DSCs device performance by replenishing the reduced species of the redox couple, which is used as a mediator to regenerate the sensitizer after electron injection.
