A facile iminodiacetic acid-functionalized magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs) were synthesized and their chelate with Cu(Ⅱ) were used as efficient affinity absorbents for efficient enrichment and determination of histidine.Firstly,Fe3O4 @SiO2 composite nanoparticles with a well-defined core-shell structure were obtained using tetraethoxysilane hydrolysis to form SiO2 shell.
