Quinolones are one of the major classes of antimicrobials that are employed worldwide in human and veterinarian medicine.However,due to the limitation of wastewater treatment,large quantities of quinolones and their transformation products finally enter into the environments.The aim of the present study was to develop a multiresidue analytical method for the determination of 17 quinolones in sludge samples at trace levels.
