热处理制度对Ti-811合金连轧棒材显微组织及力学性能的影响

研究了三种不同热处理制度对Ti-811合金连轧棒材显微组织及力学性能的影响,热处理制度分别为910℃/1h AC+580℃/8h AC,1010℃/1h AC+580℃/8h AC和1010℃/1h WQ+580℃/8h AC.结果表明:在时效温度不变的情况下,对比910℃/1h AC和1010℃/1h AC两种固溶制度可知,随着固溶温度的提高,初生α相减少、次生α相增多呈片层状分布,并且有晶界α析出,棒材的室温拉伸、高温拉伸和热稳定性能除屈服强度略有降低外,其余指标变化不大,但高温蠕变性能有较大提高;当固溶制度为1010℃/1h WQ时,次生α相增多,并呈细小针状分布,棒材在塑性保持不变的同时,室温强度,高温强度和热稳定强度均可提高100MPa以上,并且有更好的抗高温蠕变性能.显微组织中次生α相的数量和形状对棒材的高温蠕变性能影响较大.
