Coupling of enzyme to various solid phase have been widely studied for a long time.The direct attachment of enzyme to mechanically stable, rigid carriers may lead to more or less structural damage of protein, caused by the strong interfacial tension between the solid and the surrounding fluid.Polyethyleneimine (PEI) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) have been widely used in the fields of medical material, molecular biology, protein chcmistry.
