With pine nut shell as feedstock,by use of the self-made Fe2O3-Al2O3 catalyst,the experimental study on pine nut shell continuous pyrolysis at 500℃,and the non-catalytic and catalytic cracking of the directly derived pyrolysis vapors respectively at 600℃,700℃ and 800℃ have been carried out.The secondary cracking process has little influence on the char yield.The Fe-based catalyst could promote the cracking of the pyrolysis vapours,remarkably increase the gas yield and the hydrogen content in the producer gas.Meanwhile,the catalyst has shown fine selectivity on hydrogen at low temperature.
