　　Previous studies have hypothesized that microtubules (MTs) are nucleated at the centrosome,then released and translocated elsewhere in epithelial ceils.However,the detailed process and mechanism remains largely unknown.Recently,it was found that CAMSAPs could be recruited to the minus-ends of the MTs in the pericentrosomal area after nocodazole washout.
