Silver_nanoparticles (AgNPs),for their attractive antimicrobial properties,were used widely in biotechnology and life science.Studies had reported their teratogenesis effects on vertebrates embryogenesis,but few discussed the molecular characterizations and mechanisms underlying their induced developmental abnormalities in an in vivo animal model.In current study,dysfunctional locomotor behaviors and reduced heartbeat rate were observed in AgNPs-exposed embryos.
