α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂可以调控糖代谢和糖脂、糖蛋白的合成,因而可能成为治疗糖尿病、恶性肿瘤、艾滋病等疾病的药物,因而其研究备受关注。近年来的研究工作表明,1呫吨酮类化合物具有良好的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,属于非竞争型抑制剂。

：
