抗肿瘤药物主要分为烷化剂类、抗代谢药(如氟尿嘧啶)、抗生素(如蒽环类)、植物成分药(如紫杉类、长春碱类)、激素类[1]。随着化疗药物和靶向治疗在临床上的广泛应用，其对心血管和肝脏等产生的毒副作用受到极大关注[2]。

[目的]比较化妆品中常用的三种添加成分—白藜芦醇、熊果苷、以及传明酸对黑色素瘤细胞B16-F10 的增殖、酪氨酸酶活性、黑色素的合成的影响。[方法]分别用3 种成分处理B16-F10 细胞，观察细胞形态学变化；四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法检测3 种化合物对细胞生长的影响。
目的 研究嘧啶类小分子化合物的体外抗肿瘤效果和作用机制，进一步对新型嘧啶衍生物的潜在抗肿瘤作用做出相关评价，为新药研发提供方向。
