Objective: The inferior alveolar nerve is great risk of injury during SSRO, due to position and course of the mandibular canal.Especially, in patients with facial asymmetry, we must be more careful to nerve damage because inferior alveolar nerve of affected side is closed to buccal side.In this study, we provide knowledge of anatomic difference by analyzing CT of position and course of inferior alveolar nerve of mandibular ramus and body in patients with facial asymmetry.
