Objective: oral squamous cell carcinoma patients and healthy proteins comparative analysis, screening oral squamous cell carcinoma and healthy tissue, blood and saliva protein expression differences, build oral squamous cell proteome two-dimensional electrophoresis map for further access to oral squamous cell carcinoma biological information proteome laid initial foundation.Methods: Patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma specimens and healthy specimens, separation of proteins by twodimensional gel electrophoresis test dyed to obtain two-dimensional electrophoresis proteome map, search by LC-MS/ MS mass spectrometry and analyzed through bioinformatics NCBI database to obtain information on differentially expressed of oral squamous cell proteins.
