A cisplatin-loaded nanoparticle composed of poly (Y, L-glutamic acid) (Y-PGA) and L-phenylalanine ethylester (L-PAE)was successfully synthesized as tumor-targeted drug carrier with sustained release capacity [1] We regulated the nanoparticles size by changing the y-PGA molecular weight, and evaluated its size effect on antitumor activity [2].
