Water-soluble fullerenes C60[N(CH2)2OH]12, C60[N(CH2)2NH2]10, and C60[N(CH2)2COOH]10,were synthesized by improved nitrene chemistry[1].C60 was reacted with azide small molecules (N3(CH2)2OH, N3(CH2)2NH2 and N3(CH2)2COOH) to produce multi-adducted derivatives,C60[N(CH2)2OH]12, C60[N(CH2)2NH2]10, and C60[N(CH2)2COOH]10.

目的 观察椎动脉颅外段狭窄支架植入的疗效；经CTA/MRA和DSA证实的椎动脉颅外段狭窄患者90例，采用球扩内支架植入，造影复查可见狭窄明显改善。结果 随访90例患者，内支架通畅88例，内支架闭塞2例。结论 椎动脉颅外段狭窄内支架治疗是一种安全有效的方法。
