  羊肚菌是子囊菌门著名食用菌,具有重要的经济价值,但其遗传研究有待加强。对梯棱羊肚菌(Morchella importuna)1 号栽培菌株从菌丝到菌核的三个不同阶段进行了深度二代转录组测序分析,总计获得18 Gb 原始数据。
