　　One of the major obstacle in achieving effective tumor drug therapy is the membrane barrier of tumor cells that is permeable to only small (<700 Da) and hydrophobic drugs.The most widely used method to-date in achieving intracellular drug delivery is via the receptor-mediated endocytosis.
