  Recently,there has been much progress in the performance of light-emitting diodes (LEDs).As the efficiency of LEDs improves,they have wide applications,such as in full-color outdoor displays,in liquid crystal displays (LCDs),back-lighting and solid-state lighting for general domestic lighting in the near future [1-2].However,efficiency droop [3] has become a troublesome issue and arouses massive interests in recent years.
