Since the 17th Session of the General Assembly is held, the Communist Party has already emphasized the popularization of Marxism three times.However, the realization of popularization needs some additional conditions.The author thinks that in order to realize the popularization, the Marxism must have advanced character, scientificalness and effective practicalness.While, contemporary Marxism has the three requirements mentioned above.Therefore, seen from the theoretical logical point, the contemporary Marxism can be popularized necessarily.
