The interaction and inhibition of 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA) to beef liver catalase (BLC) have been investigated systematically by using spectroscopic and molecular docking methods under physiological conditions.Results indicated that the fluorescence quenching of BLC by 6-BA was due to the formation of 6-BA-BLC complex.
