Objective: To discuss effect on blood content ofADM,ADP, CGRP, Leptin and ANP in pilots under flying environment and investigate relation between changes of five hormone concentration and cardiovascular disease.Method: The blood concentration of ADM, ADP, CGRP, Leptin and ANP were determined by RIA in 151 before flying, 72 after flying pilots and 50 normal peoples.Result: 1 The blood concentration of five heart relative hormone significantly decreased in after flying group compared with before flying group (p<0.01).2 The plasma content of ADM was higher in after flying group than that of normal control (p<0.05), but CGRP and ANP content was lower than control group (p<0.01), and the serum content of ADP and CGRP did not significantly change between after flying group and normal control.3 The content ofADM, ADP, CGRP and Leptin were significant higher in before flying group than these of normal control, but ANP concentration significantly decreased in before flying compared with normal group. Conclusion: 1 The concentration of five heart hormone in after flying pilots were decreased by flying environment and flying stress which can stimulate nerve system, at same time the hormone descend could interfere nervous activity and maintain balance of pilot baby-self under emergence station.2 The change of these hormones concentration were other important reason that could result in cardiovascular disease of pilot.3 The high based content ofADM, ANP, CGRP, Leptin in pilot, which were caused by long period flight exercise and were good body-self regulation to resume function of heart.
