  Bioleaching technique has been successfully used in low grade copper ore processing and provides a successful example for extending to other low grade base metal ores treatment.However, there are several specific needs and technological problems for advancing the commercialization of biohydrometallurgy.One of the problems need to be solved is how to handle efficiently with the bioleaching solution, which usually contains valuable metals at low concentration and a high level of impurity ions such as Mg2+.
